AIRTKTSERVICES LLC is an independent travel service provider and intermediary. We coordinate flight bookings on your behalf through our IATA-accredited partner, Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited. This refund policy covers both airline ticket refunds and AIRTKTSERVICES LLC service fees.
Key Point: AIRTKTSERVICES LLC itself is not responsible for airline operations, schedule changes, or cancellations. Those matters are handled by the airline and our IATA-accredited partner. However, we are committed to assisting you in securing refunds to which you are entitled under airline policies and U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.
Under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, if you book an airline ticket at least 7 days before your scheduled departure date, you have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, regardless of the ticket type or airline policy.
This 24-hour window applies to tickets booked directly with airlines, through travel agencies, or through intermediaries like AIRTKTSERVICES LLC. To exercise this right:
